We work hand in hand with growers around Perham and throughout the Midwest to bring delicious produce and meat to our tables. And although our local geography prohibits us from serving fish and other seafood which have only been caught the morning of, we have trusted relationships with reputable fishermen who assure our constant supply of the ocean’s finest.
